Product descriptions, specifications, and images are for general information. Actual configurations are confirmed per order.
Prices are provided on request and are not a binding offer. A quotation is valid only for the stated period and is subject to our formal order confirmation.
Our machines are custom-manufactured; final technical parameters are defined in the signed contract/technical agreement.

5. Orders & contracts

An order is accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation. These terms apply unless a separate signed contract states otherwise.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newrgy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our liability for delivered equipment is governed by the applicable sales contract and applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in China, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
