PVC Pelletizing Machine Overview

PVC pelletizing machine is mainly designed for making various PVC granules, such as hard PVC granules, soft PVC granules, transparent PVC granules, CPVC granules etc.

The extruder adopt conical twin screw extruder, which equipped degassing system. The pelletizing system adopt die-face pelletizer. The cooling system adopt air cooling. It can make new PVC granules, recycled PVC granules, WPC granules.

The production principle of PVC pelletizing machine mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: Preprocess PVC raw materials, such as cleaning, crushing, etc., to ensure the stability of raw material quality.

Mixing and adjustment: Mix and batch the pretreated raw materials to ensure uniform distribution of each component and make the product quality more stable.

Melting and extrusion: The mixed raw materials are heated and melted, and then the molten material is extruded into the required particle shape through an extruder.

Cooling and solidification: The extruded particles are quickly cooled through a cooling device to solidify them into a stable particle state.

Cutting and packaging: Cut and package the cured particles for easy storage and transportation.
