PPR pipe production line application:
The PPR pipe production line can be used to produce PP-R pipe or PPR glass fiber water pipes, also used for producing PE-RT, PB, and PE-X resin pipe through changing parts of components. The pipe diameter range: 20-160mm.
Advantages:
Specified screw design plasticizing & mixing effect better, and high production with low cost. The pipe extrusion line uses the independent motor with more pedrail haul-off unit to keep stabilization and wide-range of haul-range of haul-off. The pipe extrusion line is widely used in the field of water supply pipe, gas pipe and so on.
Features:
1. Professional and optimization design for screw to ensure much better plasticization effect and high quality pipe;
2. Filtration type die head structure to ensure better mechanical property for pipe;
3. 30-40% speed is increased by disc and water ring cooling calibrator;
4. Automatic water temperature control system avoids the brittle cracking of PPR pipe;
5. Stable, high speed and no chip cutting by automatic chip-free cutter.
